Experience. Expertise. Dedication

Founded in 2011 and based in downtown Los Angeles

The Reddock Law Group is a boutique, certified minority, and woman-owned employment and labor law firm that specializes in conducting workplace investigations and Title IX sexual assault investigations.

We also conduct preventive discrimination, sexual harassment, and other workplace compliance trainings, and serve as expert witnesses in litigated employment and labor law matters, and in cases involving workplace and Title IX investigations.

In addition to our investigations practice, our Founder and Managing Partner, Angela Reddock-Wright, is an experienced Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) professional. Ms. Reddock-Wright can help resolve employment and labor law cases as a mediator, arbitrator, discovery referee, hearing officer, or fact finder.

Additionally, we support construction and infrastructure projects – which are burgeoning throughout California and the U.S. – through our Project Labor Agreement and Labor Compliance Consultation practice for public agencies and private sector contractors.

Clients call us when they need attorneys who can take on complex, interwoven, and multi-layered workplace and Title IX investigations, mediation, arbitration, and other ADR matters.

We work on sensitive investigations involving high-level public and government officials, executives, managers, and supervises.

Our wide range of clients includes government and public-sector organizations, private and non-profit businesses, K-12 and independent schools, community colleges, four-year colleges, and universities.

We offer competitive hourly
rates and fees and can consider alternative
billing arrangements when appropriate.

As a boutique firm, the Reddock Law Group can respond quickly to a client’s needs and address issues with minimal lead time.

Our business model provides the dedication and attention of a boutique firm, while delivering the expertise and services of a much larger operation.

We run a robust practice by leveraging state-of-the art technology, including document management, calendaring, billing, conferencing, and meeting software. We access and produce information remotely and within minutes, and our outstanding IT and billing team enables us to produce client reports on a regular and timely basis.
