Workplace Trainings & Facilitation: creating a better,
more evolved, more inclusive work environment

WORKPLACE TRAININGS & FACILITATION

We are leaders in facilitating difficult conversations

Now more than ever before, we need workplaces to integrate cultural understanding, inclusivity, and diversity. From systemic biases to the challenges of a changing social and cultural landscape, employers must create better work environments that reflect all of their employees. When this occurs, individuals from all backgrounds feel valued, which leads to them being more motivated and a bigger part of an organization’s ethos. Everyone benefits and work becomes more productive and successful.

Led by Ms. Angela Reddock-Wright and based in Los Angeles, the Reddock Law Group brings decades of experience in conducting workplace trainings and the facilitation of difficult conversations. We deliver training that not only satisfies regulatory requirements, but also provides real world skills that employees need to identify diversity issues, inclusion initiatives, workplace harassment and ways to foster healthy working environments. With our training, workplace dynamics and culture can transform and become less contentious and more inclusive. Moreover, employers’ benefit as trainings can reduce potential risks and liability.

We provide in-person, customized and practical training that is engaging and interactive for employees, managers, and human resources professionals. Trainings can last a few hours to several sessions spread out over several weeks.

We conduct trainings on
various topics, including:

  • Diversity & Inclusion Training and Facilitation
  • Implicit Bias in the Workplace
  • AB1825 Preventive Sexual Harassment Training
  • Preventing Harassment and Discrimination in the Workplace
  • Conducting Effective Workplace Investigations
  • Ethics for Human Resources Professionals
  • Managing within the Law for Managers & Supervisors
  • Other Customized Trainings Related to the Workplace

We are available to conduct trainings and to facilitate discussions in-person (in non-pandemic times) and online via ZOOM, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, Go-To-Webinar, and other reputable online delivery methods.

Additionally, Ms. Reddock-Wright is a frequent presenter for public sector, business, and non-profit organizations on the topic of diversity and inclusion.

She has spoken for organizations such as BlueShield of California, Camber Outdoors, i-Sight (an international software and case management firm), the Association of Workplace Investigators, the Professionals in Human Resources Association, and the Eastern Claims Conference. She also is an Associate Professor in the Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and Peace building Program at California State University Dominguez Hills, and an Instructor in the Human Resources Management Program at UCLA Extension.
